Orientation

Office of International Affairs(OIA) conducts an orientation to provide you important information
About the university, its academic system, campus facilities. immigration and visa regulations, as well as other vital support services.
OIA requires that all new students arrive on campus approximately 2~3 days before the semester begins

to attend this orientation and to have sufficient time to adjust to your new home, dormitory, and community here in SeoulTech.

Academic Transcript

Your academic records will be available through the online system in 3 weeks after the semester ends.

Your academic transcript in English will be sent to your home institution via email. Please inform us in case you need an original copy.

Housing

Once you are accepted to SeoulTech, your room will be guaranteed if you mark ‘Yes’ on dormitory request in your application.

Insurance

All international students residing in Korea are automatically enrolled to National Health Insurance after March 1, 2021 in accordance with Korean law.
The Korean government is obligated to register health insurance to protect foreign students from unexpected accidents and expensive medical expenses.

Buddy Program

(International Student Club, ISC)

OIE has been offering a buddy program to help international students to adjust to living in Korea, studying at SeoulTech and improving Korean language proficiency.

The activities include: helping out with registering courses, making a registration card, opening a bank account, campus tour,cultural trip, and sports festivals.
